While I hung out at Deep Creek CG in the clouds and somewhat windy conditions Jim and Sandy went to the music festival. Doing some people watching, as also noticed in Haines, the female population seems to like to wear leggings of some sort, rain boots, a skirt and whatever top or jacket is needed due to weather.
